Delivering the Impossible
Aonys® provides a high efficient delivery mechanism improving the efficacy and safety profiles of a number of pharmacologically active molecules where optimal means of systemic administration are not available.
Medesis Pharma focuses on three major classes of therapeutic agents:
1) Pharmacologically active metals such as vanadium, lithium and manganese
2) Short interfering RNA (siRNA), microRNA (miRNA) and antisense oligonucleotides
Strategy
Medesis Pharma aims to develop a varied pipeline of products through to phase 2B clinical trials, thus providing clear efficacy and safety data in patients. End phase development followed by commercialisation will be carried out in partnership with larger commercial pharmaceutical organisations.
