Jean-Paul Rohmer - Chairman of Supervisory Board

Jean-Paul Rohmer has worked more than 25 years in the bio-pharmaceutical field, in France, in the USA and in Europe, first with a major multinational company, Eli LILLY, where he held several management positions in marketing and development.  Mr Rohmer became then President and CEO of a mid-size French company, Stallergènes, specialised in immuno-allergology.  He led the I.P.O. of Stallergènes to the Paris Stock Market in 1998.  Since mid 1999, he has an activity of consultant, manager and private investor, to help innovative entrepreneurs in their projects, including participating in the creation of start-up companies, in the field of bio-sciences and bio-pharmaceutical research.

Alain Munoz - Vice President of Supervisory Board

Dr. Munoz has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry at high executive level.  A cardiologist and anaesthesiologist by training, he started his career in industry in 1980 with the Sanofi Group as VP of R&D.  In 1990, he joined the private French Pharmaceutical company Fournier, as VP of R&D and Business Development, subsequently becoming the Senior VP of the Pharmaceutical Division.

Dr. Munoz was awarded twice the Management of Innovation distinction (La Tribune-La Recherche ) in the past 10 years. Under his leadership numerous NDA’s were obtained world-wide, generating significant sales (Cordarone®, Ticlid®, Plavix®, Lipanthyl®, Esclim®,..).  He has an in-depth knowledge of the US and Japanese markets, and has concluded several major licensing deals with world-class partners in the industry.

He currently acts as an entrepreneur developing his own projects and is a board member of several biotechnology companies and an adviser to investors.
